June so far? Well, I thought it would be a good idea to start a summer popsicle business, but I'm not detail oriented and so I've needed far more help from my husband than I expected. He's been very gracious and helpful! At some point this week or next, I have to move my mom into assisted living. We've been slowly decluttering, but she's a boomer raised by Great Depression parents and she doesn't want to let go of anything. Coupled with her mild dementia, it's been a little stressful. I'm hoping the 2nd half will quiet down and July will be a breeze. Let's hope!

This is the second time I’ve heard about taking a break in June. Two weeks ago I decided to just be quiet in June. No Facebook ! A bit of UA-cam but nothing more. I’m glad to see I am right on target. Thank You Amar for all You do 💞💞

Lol, the person I am entering the month of June will not be the person I am at the end of the month... Well... many thoughts came to mind instantly... first; Every month since March 1st has followed this pattern. And the changes aka shifts have been dramatic. At one point a few weeks ago; I reflected who am I? As in I was no longer the same me that woke up on March 1st... the changes non stop and dramatic. Like who am I? Who have I become? Who is this person in the mirror... AND June is going to be the same? Can I get a mini pause to catch my breath and adjust? Let me get comfortable in this new skin? When be this monthly cycle going to level out? Second thought concerning the person entering June will not be the same: I hope not... lol... I love who I have become in these past 3 months of 30 day cycles... the difference is massive... inwardly... so I be hoping the next 30 days of transformation is also reflected outwardly. Love your words concerning boundaries... going to spend the afternoon, focused on what it is I do want... seems like I do that every 2 weeks, a check in to see if what I do want is still in alignment, am I being clear and specific, yet not so clear the Universe has no room for surprises and better than I imagined... thanks for the heads up on how to use the energy of this month, thus will be prepared for what awaits in July!

Spot on ! Allowing the space is key. Many use constant activity as an addiction to avoid feeling aka connecting to the part of self that is asking to take the time space to reflect on what is and what should be shifted... in plain words, being busy prevents us from consciously feeling and connecting to stuff that is no longer in alignment and needs to be changed. Its an act of self love to allow that space of boredom... many feel its a sign of being lazy, depression or not taking action to improve their life situation. Allowing time to own, reflect and redirect is very vital. Great easy experiment to prove this? Don't read nothing, turn All gadgets of electronics off for 5 days, no Journaling, no hobbies, no projects, no shopping, no cleaning the home. Just be with your self and your thoughts, avoid human contact... most people freak out.

FreeDom... besides my screen name ... is... I get to choose. I choose to choose .... now... I choose to be the one who chooses for me. That is quite a big job. But I'm the one who has to do it.
